Collapse Generation took its roots in several projects, under various names such as Second Heartbeat, started by Drummer Ethan Nichols and Lead Vocalist Christian Speeler in early 2008. In 2010, bassist Brandon Perry was quickly added to the band. Later, Guitarist, Oli Conlon came onto the scene. At this point the band was unsure about which musical direction to take, but stuck with a wide genre of rock music. Later that year, the band began writing original material, and stuck with a more traditional punk sound. The band's most recent member, Guitarist, Conner Johnson, helped the band further shape their sound. Their most recent achievement is the long awaited release of their demo CD, which can be downloaded here. Collapse Generation is on the rise to the top. And their early punk sound mixed with many modern metal influences is a truly unique experience.
